Example of model selection
Suppose we need a pump with the following parameters:
suction capacity V = 100 m³/h;
suction pressure P1 = 40 mbar.
In this case, draw two lines parallel to the coordinate axes on the graph so that one of them
passes through the 100 m³/h point and the other through the 40 mbar point (marked in blue in the
figure). These lines intersect at the point corresponding to the 71V performance curve, so we need
the 2BV2071 pump model.
Please note: The performance curve is based on the case when the pumped air is not dry, has a
temperature of 20°C, the working fluid temperature is at least 15°C, and the outlet pressure is 1030 mbar
(to the nearest 10%). Performance curves are given for the case when the pump is installed with an air
ejector.
