ASSEMBLY
1. Coat the slide bushing with fork oil or sealing grease.
2. See Figure 2-79. Install slide bushing onto the slider
tube.
3. See Figure 2-80. Install damper assembly and rebound
spring into slider tube.
4. See Figure 2-81. Install lock piece into damper.
5. See Figure 2-82. Clamp the slider assembly in a vise
with front fork holding tool (Part No. B-41177).
