High-intensity sound
Loud output signals can cause permanent damage to your hearing.

Set the volume to a low level using the volume control (11) and adjust it slowly to
the desired volume.
►
Avoid listening to loud music for prolonged periods of time.
The volume can be adjusted using the volume control (11) , the remote control
(VOL+/VOL–), the iPad® app or the Web interface.
►
Turn the volume control clockwise to increase the volume.
►
Turn the volume control counterclockwise to reduce the volume.

The switchable “Smooth” function ensures a rounded, detailed sound, even at low
volumes.
►
Press the SMOOTH button (6) to enable the Smooth function.
ª The Smooth function is activated and the SMOOTH LED (5) is lit.
►
Press the SMOOTH button (6) again to turn off the Smooth function.
ª The Smooth function is deactivated and the SMOOTH LED (5) turns off.
