For three-phase motors, ensure all coils are properly connected according to the connection diagram. If it's been standing still for weeks or months, let it run warm with the inlet closed. If the operating fluid hasn't been changed for a long time, perform a fluid change, including flushing and filter replacement. For foreign objects, broken vanes or stuck bearings, contact Busch service to repair the vacuum pump.
