3F "Control Panel" submenu
This sub-menu offers the user the following 4 categories of settings:
3F1 Measure Input:
Displays the values of the signals sent by the probes
- pH
- Redox
- Temperature
- Chlorine
3F2 Digital Input:
Displays the logical states of the following inputs:
- REED = Flow sensor ON/OFF
- Leve1 = tank level probe (input 5 or 6 = pH or Cl)
- Level 2 = tank level probe (same as above)
- Pump circulation (Trigger input) = filter pump control
3F3 Counters: Counting of the following events:
Triggers and signals :
- Triggers: number of times the pH and chlorine peristaltic
pumps were activated
- Pump life: cumulative running time of the pH and chlorine
pumps.
- No. priming: number of priming cycles performed by each
pump
- No. power on delay : Number of times probe activation
delay was requested
- Nb reed: number of requests from the flow controller (Reed)
Keys:
number of presses on the different keys of the keyboard (up arrow, down arrow, ESC key, ENTER
key, Mode key)
Alarms:
- number of OFA (Over Feed Alarm) activations for pH and chlorine
- number of low alarm triggers for pH and chlorine
- number of high alarm triggers for pH and chlorine
- number of low level alarm triggers for the pH corrector tank and for the chlorine tank
- number of triggers of the "alarm relay" (input 9)
Calibrations :
- number of calibrations performed on pH, redox and chlorine probes
- probe quality level (pH, Redox and chlorine) assessed at their last calibration, in % of new
condition
