•When the ignition switch is on OK,
this warning light remains o󽗈 after
the vehicle is powered on (withou
self-check).
•This warning light is steady on while
driving.
•A 󽗊ashing warning light during
driving indicates that the ESC system
is working.
REMINDER
• A warning light that lights up
brie󽗊y during operation does not
indicate a problem.
• If the ESC warning light remains
on while the warning lights for the
ABS and the braking system are
on, immediately stop the vehicle
in a safe place and contact a
BYD authorized dealer or service
provider. This is because braking
at this time can render the vehicle
extremely unstable, and the anti-
lock braking system does not
work at all.
ESC OFF warning light
• When the ESC OFF switch is pressed,
this warning light should remain
steady on and the ESC system will
not operate. When the ESC OFF switch
is pressed again, this warning light
should turn o󽗈 and the ESC system
resumes its normal operation.
REMINDER
• While the ESC OFF warning light
is on, the driver must stay alert
and keep driving at a lower
speed when making a sharp turn
REMINDER
and when avoiding an obstacle
which appears suddenly, because
braking at this time can render
the vehicle unstable, given the
malfunction of ESC system.
Driving power limit warning light
• When this indicator is on, it indicates
the vehicle driving power is limited,
and it is recommended to bring the
vehicle to a BYD authorized dealer or
service provider for inspection.
Headlight fault warning light
• When the warning light is yellow, it
indicates the headlight is faulty, and it
is recommended to bring the vehicle
to a BYD authorized dealer or service
provider for inspection.
BSD Indicator
• When this indicator is on, it indicates
the driving assist function is limited,
and it is recommended to bring the
vehicle to a BYD authorized dealer or
service provider for inspection.
Main alarm indicator
• When this indicator is on, please
notice fault alerts or warnings in the
information display section.
Driver attention warning light
• The driver’s attention warning
system evaluates the driver’s fatigue
according to the vehicle operating
