APPENDIX AU.S. MODE EXAMPLES
The Machinist Calc Pro
, Model 4089, is designed for
machinists who work with metric drill, screw thread classes
and sizes. Below are examples of how the calculator can be
used for non-metric applications, with some examples for
working in U.S. units – numeric, letter, and inch drill sizes and
numeric and fractional thread classes and sizes.
For most Machinist Calc Pro calculations, you can work in
U.S. mode by simply changing the Units Preference from
metric to U.S.
