To wire and mount the PAT sensor
1 Drill or punch a .5 inch (1.3 cm) hole in the duct.
2 Connect a .5 inch (1.3 cm) nominal field-supplied conduit between the zone controller enclosure and the
junction box.
3 Pass the sensor wires through the conduit.
4 Insert the sensor's probe into the hole.
5 Secure the sensor to the duct using the 2 mounting screws provided.
CAUTION The tip of the sensor's 6-inch (15.2-cm) probe must not touch the inside of the duct.
6 Wire the sensor to the Open controller. See the controller's Installation and Startup Guide for details.
