    What to do if there is no power at the receptacles, but the voltmeter on the Carver Board Game AC control center indicates an adequate voltage level?

      If the voltmeter shows adequate voltage but there's no power at the receptacles, check if the receptacle breakers on the AC control center are OFF and switch them ON. Also, check if the GFCI has tripped and, if so, locate it and press the RESET button.

    What to do if the shore #1 or shore #2 circuit breakers on the Carver Board Game AC control center trips immediately after being reset?

      If the shore #1 or shore #2 circuit breakers trip immediately after being reset, the circuit breaker may have failed. Contact your Carver dealer to have the circuit breaker replaced.

    Why does the voltmeter on my Carver Board Game AC control center read zero?

      A zero reading on the voltmeter of your AC control center can occur for several reasons. The shore power cord might not be connected, so connect it. There might be no power at the shore power source box, in which case you should contact marina management. The breaker in the shore power source box or the AC MAIN circuit breaker group could be OFF, so switch them ON. The Shore or Generator circuit breaker group on the AC control center might be OFF, so switch ON the circuit breaker group. The shore power cord could have failed, so replace it. The generator might be out of fuel, so check and refuel if necessary. The SAFETY circuit breaker on the generator control center could be OFF, so switch it ON.
