4-OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS
Tomountthebuckettothelinkage,proceedasfollows:
1.Makesurethatthemachineandthebucketstandboth
ontoahardandlevelground.Thebucketshouldstand
onitsbottomside.
2.PlacetheO-ringsealsontotheinnerbossesofthe
bucket.
3.Positionthemachineclosetothebucket,andgently
operatetheboomandarmcontrolsinordertoalignthe
armtopbetweentherespectivebossesonthebucket.
4.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
5.Positionthemountingspacersifrequired.Placea
punchontheatedgeofthepin(2),andpushitin
usingahammer.
NOTICE:Makesuretoinsertthepinbyitschamfered
edge.Makesuretoinsertthepinfromthebucketside
oppositetothelockingboss.

6.Pushthepinuntilthelockingholeonthepinisaligned
tothelockingholeonthebucketboss.Installeither
theretainingpinorthelockingbolt.
7.Getintothecab,starttheengineandplacethegate
lockleverintheforwardposition.
8.Gentlyextendthebucketcylindertoalignthebucket
connectingrodbetweentherespectivebossesonthe
bucket.
9.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
10.Insertthepin(1)andlockitasdescribedforthepin
(2).
11.SlidedowntheO-ringseals.Greasethebucketpins.
