A.Workingposition;B.Transportposition
Theposition(A)mustbesetfornormaloperation.Theposition(B)shouldbesetforroadtransport.
Toprepareamachineequippedwiththe3.01m(118.50in)forroadtransportproceedasfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonahardandlevelsurfaceclosetothetransporttrailer.
2.Fullyopenthebucketandextendthearm.Thearmcylindershallbenotfullyretracted.
3.Lowertheboomsothatthearmtouchestheground,andsothattheboom-armcorneringareacanbereached
fromtheground.
4.Setthegatelockleverincentralposition,stoptheengine,andremovethestarterkey.
5.Placeablockbetweenthearmcylinderandtheboomtopplatetosupportthearmcylinder.
6.Removethexingboltofthearmcylinderpin,andremovethepinfromtheworkingposition(A).
7.Getontothecab,starttheengine,andsetthegatelockleverinforwardposition.
8.Slowlyretractthearmcylindereyeoutoftheworkingposition(A)onthearmbracket.
9.Slowlyoperatetheboomandthearmcylindertoalignthecylindereyetothexingholeofthetransportposition
(B)onthearmbracket.
10.Setthegatelockleverincentralposition,stoptheengine,andremovethestarterkey.
11.Insertthearmcylinderpininthetransportposition(B).Tightenthexingboltofthearmcylinderpin.
12.Removethesupportingblockbetweenthearmcylinderandtheboomtopplate.
Themachineisnowreadyforloadingonthetransporttrailer.
NOTICE:Makesuretofullyretractthearmandfullycurlthebucketkeepingawayfromthecab.Whenthearmcylinder
pinissettoposition(B),thearmgetsclosertothemachineandthebucketmayhitthecab.Collisionbetweenthe
bucketandthecabcancauseseriousdamages.
Afterunloadingthemachinefromatransporttrailer,thearmcylinderpinmustbesetintheworkingposition(A).
Followtheprocedureaboverevertingpositions(A)and(B).
NOTICE:Neverusethemachineinnormaloperationwiththearmcylinderpininthetransportposition(B).Thiswill
causeseriousdamagestothearm.
