footwear.

Toremovethebucketfromthelinkage,proceedas
follows:
1.Operatethearmandbucketcontrolssothatthearm
standsverticalandthebottomsideofthebucketleans
againstahardandlevelground.
NOTICE:neverpushthebucketontotheground.The
bucketpinsshouldbeunloadedinordertobeproperly
extractedfromthebushings.
2.Placethegatelockleverincentralposition,stopthe
engineandremovethestarterkey.
3.SlidetheO-ringsealsontotheinnerbossesofthe
bucket.
4.Unlockthebucketpinsbyremovingeithertheretain-
ingpinsorthelockingbolts.Checkthelockingtools
forwearordamage.Makesuretoproperlystorethe
lockingtoolstopreventdamage.
5.Placeapunchontheatedgeofthepin(1),andpush
itoutusingahammer.Extractthepin(2)usingthe
sameprocedure.Makesuretoproperlyhandleand
storethebucketpinstopreventdamage.

6.Getontothecab,starttheengineandplacethegate
lockleverintheforwardposition.
7.Gentlyretractthebucketcylindertoreleasethebucket
connectingrodfromthebuckethangers.
8.Gentlyoperatethearmandboomcontrolstorelease
thearmtopfromthebuckethangers.ChecktheO-ring
sealsandthemountingspacersforwearordamage.
MakesuretoproperlystoretheO-ringsealsandthe
mountingspacerstopreventdamage.
NOTICE:Ifthebucketlinkagedoesnoteasilycome
outfromthebuckethangers,lowerthebuckettothe
ground.Inordertounstickthematingsurfaces,gently
operatethebucketcontroltoextendthebucketcylin-
derortheboomcontroltopushdownthearmtop.
