Hydraulicpump
Usingasolvent,cleantheperipheryoftheairbleed
plug.
Loosentheairbleedplug,removetheplugiftheuid
doesnotow.
Fillthepumpwithnewcleanhydraulicuid.Installand
tightentheairbleedplug.
Starttheengineandrunitatlowidlespeed.Loosen
theairbleedplugonthepump.
Tightentheplugwhenairfreeuidcomesoutofthe
bleedplughole.
Cleantheareacompletely.

Swingreductiongear
Settheengineatalowidle,andloosenthehosecon-
nectedwiththejointofthedrainport.Checkthatoil
oozesfromthere.Atthistime,donotperformswing
operation.
Ifoildoesnotooze,stoptheengine,removethejoint
connectedwiththedrainport,andllthemotorcase
withhydraulicuidviathedrainport.
Attachthejointofthedrainport,andtemporarilytighten
thehose.
Settheengineatalowidle,andrunituntiloiloozes
fromthedrainport.
Aftercheckingthatoilhasoozed,fullytightenthejoint
andthehose.
Withtheengineatalowidle,performswingoperation
slowlyrightandleftattwoormorerevolutions.

Attachmentcylinders
Starttheengineandrunitatlowidlespeed.Extendand
retracttheattachmentcylinderrodsfourorvetimes
withoutbringingthemtoendofstroke.Thenrepeat
theoperationthreeorfourtimes,thistimebringingthe
cylinderrodstoendofstroke.
