Features and Controls
Do not use different types of tires because the tire parameters in the control
program are immutable.
When washing the vehicle, do not directly flush the controller with water,
otherwise it will cause serious failure of ABS.
Frequently check whether the vehicle wiring harness is damaged and
whether the connectors of left and right sensors and regulators are loose.
Always check whether each sensor is loose (note!! Do not grasp the wire with
your hand to pull out the sensor).
When carrying out brake maintenance, after removing the wheel, first check
the gear surface on the gear ring for scratches and bruises. If yes, replace
the gear ring. If not, clean the gear surface. No metal foreign matters or
impurities are allowed in the gear slot. In addition, the impurities attached
to the sensor housing should be removed, and the sensor should be
pushed to the end towards the gear ring. At the same time, pay attention to
whether the clamping force between the sensor and the elastic bushing is
appropriate (the clamping force should be 27-45 lbf (120-200 N)). If it is too
small, the elastic bushing must be replaced.
In case of emergency braking on wet and slippery roads, it is not necessary
to use continuous jogging, but to brake with full force.
Because most braking is conventional, ABS does not participate in the
braking process, so it generally does not cause high temperature of the
wheel, but abnormal high temperature may affect the sensor.
It is not allowed to disassemble the controller and regulator for repair. If
there is any problem, please contact our after-sales service department for
consultation or treatment.
In case of any fault, the user shall not remove the components of the ABS
system by himself, but should consult or deal with our vehicle manufacturer
or the after-sales service department.
When welding the vehicle, the harness plug of the ABS system control unit
must be pulled off.
