maximum number of order is 40.

waveform of SYNTHESIS mode.

Description : This command sets fundamental frequency of SYSTHESIS
mode.

Description : This command sets the start phase angle of SYNTHESIS
mode.

Parameters : <NR2>, valid range: 0.0 ~ 359.9
Return Parameters : <NR2>
OUTPut : MODE
Description : This command sets the operation mode. The user should quit
the output before setting OUTPut : MODE SYNTH.
