This command lets the user get measurement data from the AC Source. Two measurement
commands are available: MEASure and FETCh. MEASure triggers the acquisition of new
data before returning data. FETCh returns the previously acquired data from measurement
buffer.

Description : These queries return the rms current which is being output at
the output terminal.

Description : These queries return the DC current which is being output at the
output terminal.

FETCh [ : SCALar] : CURRent : AMPLitude : MAXimum?
MEASure [ : SCALar] : CURRent : AMPLitude : MAXimum?
Description : These queries return the absolute value of peak current.

Description : These queries return the output current crest factor. It is the
ratio of peak output current to rms output current.
