Use with a register exible die
Note: Set the initial tension of the coating blanket tension to coating blanket (yellow
mark)
• Fasten the register exible die packing set ARH00024 with a thickness of 1.20 mm in
the packing clamping bar and close the clamping cams. Please make sure that no base
sheet is stuck to the blanket cylinder; if it is, adjust the packing accordingly.
• Fasten the register exible die in the front edge of the register bar and close the
clamping cams (Fig. 2b)
• Check the clamping for the register exible die
• Hang the base plate with the nubs on the punched hole of the register exible die
• Switch the pressure roller on and draw in the register exible die
• Switch the contact aid on
• Hang the register exible die in the rear clamping rail and close the eccentric (Fig. 3)
• Check the clamping for the register exible die
• Tension the lock-up shafts up to the white line (Fig. 4)
• Switch the contact aid and pressure roller off
• Check the tension of the register exible die
