2. A) RSP base plate KBA Rapida 105/106 730 mm
Insert a grid sheet with a thickness of 2 mm behind the grid sheet (Fig. 4). The fold must be
inserted with the front edge towards the start of printing, and the fold facing the cylinder.
• Place guard on the bottom of the grid sheet.
• Press button. The pressure roller presses the grid sheet against the plate cylinder.
Machine turns into position.
• Open guard downward.
• Insert grid sheet manually into the clamping bar on the rear edge. Note: the grid
sheet must be inserted evenly at least 4 mm on the drive and operating side.
• Press button. Clamping bar end of printing closes and the grid sheet is clamped.
2. B) RSP base plate KBA Rapida 105/106 730 mm
Insert a register exible die with a thickness of 2.4 mm behind the register cutting plate.
The fold must be inserted with the front edge towards the start of printing, and the fold
facing the cylinder.
• Place guard on the bottom of the register exible die.
• Press button. The pressure roller presses the register exible die against the plate
cylinder. Machine turns into position.
• Open guard downward.
• Insert register exible die manually into the clamping bar on the rear edge. Note:
the register exible die must be inserted evenly at least 4 mm on the drive and
operating side.
• Press button. Clamping bar end of printing closes and the register exible die is
clamped.
