Why isn't the page button working on my Code Barcode Reader?
If the page button on your Code Barcode Reader does not work, no reader is connected, or the reader is out of range. The Paging LED flashes 3 times when touched for more than 1 second. Scan the QuickConnect code to pair the scanner with the charger or bring the reader in range of the charger.
Why is wireless LED flashing 7 times on my Code CR2700?
If the Wireless LED on the Code Barcode Reader flashes fast 7 times, and no data can be sent, the base is attempting to connect to a reader. Make sure the scanner is on and in range.
What to do if Code Barcode Reader scans driver's license but doesn't parse data?
If the Code Barcode Reader scans a PDF code on a driver’s license but does not parse the data, the reader may require a parsing license, or the reader is not correctly configured for driver’s license parsing. Contact your sales representative to purchase a DL parsing license, which can be installed by scanning a barcode provided by Code. Also, make sure the correct parsing file/JavaScript has been loaded to the reader.
