Please refer to Figs 1 to 10.
a) Mount the motor pump on the base(9) and secure it with the four screws supplied.
b) If the machine is tted with an electric motor, carry out the steps described in the
“CHECKING AND
CONNECTING UP TO THE POWER SUPPLY”
paragraph and also take into account the prescriptions regarding
three-phase motors.
c) Fit the handle(7), xing it with the screws supplied.
d) Using the clamps, connect one end of the suction hose(12) to the lter tting(21) and the other end to
the pump's suction tting(33).
e) Use a clamp to connect one end of the bypass pipe(4) to the bypass tting(40) and put the other end
through the hole (3) inside the tank,i.e. connect it with a clamp to the tting(22) (ECO models only).
f) Using clamps, connect one end of the delivery hose(1) to the lance tting(25) and the other end to the
delivery tting(38) (if a hose reel is used, refer to the following paragraph).
g) Check ination pressure of the pressure accumulator and tyres: do not exceed the maximum pressure
given on the tyre itself.
h) Check the level of the pump and reduction gear oil.
i) If the machine is tted with a combustion engine, ll the crankcase with oil because these engines are
supplied without any.
j) Carry out a test run with clean water before delivering the machine to the end user.
k) Ax the plate (45) on the base(9) according to the
“IDENTIFICATION AND CAUTION PLATES"
paragraph).
APPLICATION OF THE HOSE REEL OPTIONAL
a) Preassemble the hose reel following the assembly instructions given with it.
b) Fix the hose reel bracket(15) to the frame(14) using the screws supplied.
c) Fix the hose reel(18) to the bracket(15) using the screws supplied.
d) Using clamps, connect one end of the high-pressure connecting pipe(8) to the central hose reel tting(17)
and the other end to the delivery tting(38).
e) Using a clamp, connect one end of the delivery hose (1) to the side hose reel tting(20).
f) Wind all the delivery hose round the hose reel with the handle (19).
g) Using a clamp, connect the free end of the delivery hose (1) to the lance tting(25).
