& decrease when moving the

replace motor.
Manually move
Picker Cup to “A9”
position.
Do a test vend with
door closed.
Check, repair, replace harness.

Check, replace motor as
needed. Problem solved?

switch out.
Press the “F” key. Picker Cup
goes to the home position?

Do a
position
test.
Run Y axis “A to E” &
X axis “2 to 7” five
times each. Does Picker
Cup stop in correct
position?
YES NO
Do a vend test
with door
closed.
While running does the
Green LED dimly light &
flicker?
YES NO
Check, repair,
or replace Y
axis ground
wire.
XY Slams to
