A. Set timing of the Rotary Vend Door
1. Remove the right end plate (See figure 33).
2. Rotate the delivery door until timing marks "A" and "D" are in line with the rotary door
center.
3. Remove the pinion gear bushing and nut.
4. Rotate the pinion gear until timing marks "B" and "C" are in line with timing marks "A"
and "D".
5. Reinstall the pinon gear bushing and nut.
6. Reinstall the right end plate.
7. Repeat steps 1 through 6 for the left end.
8. Verify that the timing is still correct.
