Pre Operation Check List 5-1
Before using this ATV, check the following points:
Brakes
● Check the operation, free play, fluid levels and look for any fluid leaks.
● Add DOT 4 brake fluid if necessary.
● Check to see if the disc brake rotor and the brake pads are worn beyond limits.

Parking Brake ● Check to see if the parking brake functions normally. P6-6-P6-7
Fuel
● Check the fuel level.
● Fill with fuel if necessary.

Engine oil
● Check the oil level.
● Fill with oil if necessary.

Coolant reservoir
● Check the coolant level in the reservoir.
● Fill with coolant if necessary.

Front & Rear Differential
● Check for any leaks.
● Check the oil level, fill with oil if necessary.

Throttle ● Check the throttle cable operation and free play. P4-13
Wheels and tires ● Check the tire pressure, wear and look for any damage. P5-10-P5-12
Idle
● Check to see if the idle speed is normal.
● Take it to a dealer for adjustment if necessary.

Ignition Switch ● Ensure that the ignition switch turns off the engine. P5-9
Fittings and fasteners ● Check all fittings and fasteners. P5-9
Lights and switches ● Check for the proper operation of the switches and that the light all work. P5-9
