2.7 Power Modules Removal/Replacement
The Power Supply Modules in the FRM220 are available in two versions, one AC and one DC type. The
universal AC version supports input voltages of 100 to 240 (+6%, -10% @ ambient temperature) volts at
frequencies of 50/60 Hertz. The DC version supports either a standard 36 to 60VDC input voltage. Only one power
supply module is required to power a completely full rack. When two Power Supply Modules are installed, the
supplies are hot swappable and redundant, meaning any one supply may be removed and replaced without
impacting the operation of the FRM220 Rack.
