Check wheel bolts and nuts regularly
especially when new. If they are loose,
tighten them as follows.

loose rim, wheel, or axle.
 Any time bolts and nuts are
loosened, retighten to specified
torque.
 Check all bolts and nuts fre-
quently and keep them tight.
