DAELIM NS125DLX - Cylinder Head Removal

Cylinder Head/Valve
 Manually turn the camshaft bearing outer race,
and check if it turns smoothly.
 Check the bearing for wear or damage.
Cylinder Head Removal
 Remove the engine from the frame.( section 5)
 Remove the camshaft.
 Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder.
 Remove the gasket, dowel pin and cam chain
guide from the cylinder.
Cylinder Head Disassembly
 Remove the carburetor insulator.
 Remove the spark plug from the cylinder head.
