Each phase is detected by reverse phase detection circuit and it is determined whether the
phase is reversed or not.

phase at the power supply

Operation is
normal if one phase of
power supply line phase is
replaced.

Requires inspection of
field power supply.

Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting
connectors, or parts may be damaged.
