the valves click when activate in force. Check for possible blockage in
condensate separator and sulfur filter.

in feed gas combined with high coolant temperature. Release gas by Blow Off
in Manual mode. In the Liquefaction Menu, activate 06VA41. You may have to
repeat before running stable again. Should normally be prevented automatically
by controller releasing CO2 through purge valve.
3. Liquid CO2 in condenser. Could happen if one or both level sensors in the
reboiler are malfunctioning. Recalibrate sensor with magnet if needed.
Check Valve check:
Check the pressures on the different stages are as indicated above during
continuous operation,
Stop the compressor:
After stop, the pressure indicators on stage 1-3 should not move or move very slowly
and stay in Pressure Indicator scale.
If P1 moves up, inlet valve stage two is leaking or main compressor seal P1/p2 is
leaking (low P2 and high P1) or Compressor seal P3 leaking (high P1 and P2).
If P1 moves down the exit valve stage 1 is leaking or drain valve stage1 is leaking.
If P2 moves up the inlet valve stage 3 is leaking.
If P2 moves down the exit valve stage 2 is leaking or the drain valve stage 2 is leaking.
If any pressure indicators are showing falling pressure during stop, take of the drain
hoses at the drain valves one by one and look for leaking valves or other leaks.
SOLENOID VALVES IN GENERAL:
The valves can be checked by observing that the LED light comes on in plug on the
valve when the valve is activated e.g., manually in Force ON. A noticeable CLICK
sound should be observed when the valve is turned on/off. If not, the valve is not
activated and the solenoid and or the plug is most likely to be replaced.
There are one or several filters before any valve in the CO2 plant but in rare incidents a
valve could be blocked by a foreign body. It is easy to dissemble the valve for a quick
check as the solenoid is removed by keeping the plug on the solenoid and the plunger
