Warnings and Alarms
ALARM 31
Motor phase V missing:
Motor phase V between the adjus table frequency
driveandthemotorismissing.
Turn off the adjustable frequency drive and
check motor phase V.
ALARM 32
Motor phase W m issing:
Motor phase W between the adjustable frequency
driveandthemotorismissing.
Turn off the adjustable frequency drive and
check motor phase W.
ALARM 33
Soft-charge fault:
Too m any power-ups have occurred w ithin a
short time period. S ee the chapter General
Specifications for the allowed number of
power-ups within one minute.
WARNING/ALARM 34
Ser. com. bus fault:
The serial communication bus on the communication
option card is not working.
WARNING 35
Out of frequency range:
This warning is active if the output frequency has
reached its Warning speed low (par. 4-52) or
Warning speed high (par. 4-53). If the adjustable
frequency drive is in Process control, closed-loop
(par. 1-00), the warning is active in the display. If
the adjustable frequency drive is not in this mode bit
008000 Out of frequency range in extended status
word is active but there is no warning in the display.
ALARM 38
Internal fault:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
WARNING 47
24 V supply low:
The external 24 V DC backup power supply may be
overloaded, otherwise contact your Danfoss supplier.
WARNING 48
1.8 V supply low:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
WARNING 49
Speed limit:
The speed is not within the specified range
in par. 4 -11 and par. 4-13.
ALARM 50
AMA calibration failed:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
ALARM 51
AMA check Unom and Inom:
The settings for motor voltage, motor current,
and motor power are presumably wrong.
Check the settings.
ALARM 52
AMA low Inom:
The m otor current is too low. Check the settings.
ALARM 53
AMA motor too big:
The motor is too big for the AMA t o be carried out.
ALARM 54
AMA motor too small:
The motor is too small for the AMA to be c arried out.
ALARM 55
AMA par. out of range:
The par. values found for the motor are
outside the acceptable range.
ALARM 56
AMA interrupted by user:
The AM A has been interrupted b y the user.
ALARM 57
AMA timeout:
Try to start the AMA again a number of tim es,
until the AMA is carried out. Please note that
repeated runs may heat the motor to a level where
the resistances Rs and Rr are increased. In m ost
cases, however, this is not critical.
ALARM 58
AMA internal fault:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
WARNING 59
Current lim it:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
