Use Table 3-1 to troubleshoot
with the error code.
Use Table 3-6 to troubleshoot
the monitor.
Check AC power cord.
Check DC harness connector
to system logic board.
Check fan.
Replace power supply.
Check if ROM board is fully seated.
Replace ROM board.
Replace system logic board.
Run menu-driven
diagnostics with
loopbacks installed.
Check the monitor’s
video cable.
Determine LED error code.
Use Table 3-1 to troubleshoot.
Does an
error message appear
on the screen?
Is the
monitor’s LED on?
Is the
power supply’s LED
off or blinking?
Is the
system logic board’s
LED blinking?
Power cycle the
monitor and
system box.
Does the message
