Remember to install the freewheeling diode ( ). This diode prevents a sudden voltage spike across the inductive
load when the voltage source is removed.

Do not try to use these connections for Ethernet communication (for example, over the DEIF network to other controllers,
or to a service PC). There will be no communication, since these connections are dedicated to DEIF internal
communication.
