Steps
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from its connector on the system board.
2. Remove the speaker cables from the guide path.
NOTE: The speaker cable is secured with an insulation tape on the touchpad buttons.
3. Lift and remove the speakers from its slot on the palmrest assembly.
Installing the speaker
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

2. Align and replace the right speaker into its slot in the palmrest assembly and route the speaker cable along the guide path.
