To remove a SAS hard drive:
a. Disconnect the power cable from the SAS drive.
b. Remove the SAS connector from the hard drive.
c. Disconnect the SAS cable from the SAS controller card.

3. Press in on the blue tabs on each side of the hard-drive bracket and slide the drive up and out of the primary or secondary hard-drive bay.

