8 Remove the system fan
9 Remove the heatsink
10 Remove the display assembly
11 Remove the power button board
Steps
1 Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
a Power adapter port cable [1].
b eDP cable [2].
c IO board cable [3].
d Touchpad cable [4].
e Keyboard cable [5].
f Speaker cable [6].
2 Remove the single (M2x4) screw that secures the system board to the palmrest and keyboard assembly [1].
3 Flip the system board o the palmrest and keyboard assembly [2].
