network
If the Internet is accessed directly via
the remote data transfer network,
make sure that
the remote data transfer net-
work is properly installed on
your PC and that the correct ISP
access data is configured,
the internal number used by the
OpenPhone 25/27 to establish
the data connection is config-
ured for outgoing call distribu-
tion (Configurator, PBX Config-
uration: Call Distribution:
Outgoing menu).
Indirectly via RAS access
If the Internet is accessed indirectly
via RAS, the system administrator
should make sure that:
permission has been given for
Internet access via RAS (Config-
urator, Net Configuration: Safe
Access menu),
an internal number is configured
for RAS access (Configurator,
Net Configuration: Connec-
tions: RAS menu),
your user group has been
granted RAS access rights (Con-
figurator, User Manager: User
Groups menu).
