Description: The health status for the module to which the port belongs to,
possible values:
"1" ok: no events are reported for the module;
"2" not ok: an event was detected for the module, or the module
is a "logical" switch module (chapter 5.9.4.3.9);
"3" not applicable: this value is returned for switch modules
without any event detection.
