System • Using Your G6
• If display device misses 20 minutes of sensor glucose data (4 readings), the
Signal Loss error displays. To resolve, see Appendix A Troubleshooting.
• If display device shows the loading screen unexpectedly and does not display the
trend screen within 3 minutes, contact your local Dexcom representative. For
more information, see Appendix A Troubleshooting.
• If your receiver touch panel does not work for 6 minutes, contact your local
Dexcom representative.
