Enable router mode
This procedure assumes that the Digi EX15 device is operating under default settings, which provides
passthrough connectivity to a device connected on port 1 of device. See Default settings for more
information about the device's default settings. Also, refer to About aView for details on how to
configure the Digi EX15 device by using aView, or Local device management if you are managing the
device without aView.
1. Open the device's configuration file.
2. Disable passthrough for the modem:
a. Expand Modem > Passthrough.
b. Deselect Enable.
3. Enable the LAN:
a. Expand LAN.
b. Click Enable.
