5.1 Error Messages
The machine beeps and following error messages appear on touch screen, if incorrect operation is
performed on Registration Mode. Some error message appears is:
Printer’s head is open, please push the printer door.
Label sensor sense no label. No more labels.
Replace label roll.
Label miss feed, press FEED key to align label.
Peel sensor activated, remove label away from
sensor.
Remove cassette and set cassette switch to
Label/Receipt.
Accumulated total price is overflow, check unit price.
No total price for item. Unit price, weight or quantity
is 0.
No unit price for item. Unit price, weight or quantity
is 0.
Unit price override is disabled
Not allow to change the unit price after calling PLU.
Weight is below minimum weight set when printing.
Display when some functions can’t use if yet select a
PLU.
Please put item on the platter
After call up PLU, please put item on platter in order
to print label.
Display when do re-zero and the weight is greater
than the re-zero range.
Display when to new transaction but the weight
display not zero/the item yet removed.
Display some function keys not allowed to weight
item.
Non weight item not allowed
Display some function keys not allowed to non
weight item.
Tare value is invalid. Please enter correct tare value.
When force tare is enabling, a tare weight must be
entered.
Manual weight entry not
allowed
Display when weight item change to non weight
item.
Manual price entry not allowed
Display when user wants manual price entry.
Total weight Out of range
Insufficient weight set when printing.
Password is invalid. Please enter correct password.
