No-Well Monitoring, Double-Wall Tank
The space between the walls of a double-wall tank is the interstitial
space, and it is an ideal location for liquid sensors.
If the outside tank wall develops a leak, groundwater enters the
interstitial space and the liquid sensor triggers an alarm.
If the inside wall develops a leak, the tank contents enter the interstitial
space and both sensors indicate an alarm condition.

double-wall tank.
