General warranty conditions
1. Warranty content
1.1. Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. - A Sole ๎™ณ๎™‡๎™ถ๎š๎™ฉ๎™–๎™ถ
company- a Company of the Audi Group, with
๎™๎™–๎™‡๎™”๎™ต๎™ป๎™‡๎™ถ๎š๎™–๎™ถ๎™ท in via Cavalieri Ducati no. 3, 40132,
Bologna, Italy ๎›ฒ๎™๎™–๎™ถ๎™–๎™‡๎™›๎š๎™–๎™ถ โ€œDucatiโ€) - guarantees
anywhere in the world where its ๎™ซ๎™›๎šŽ๎™ž๎™‘๎™ž๎™‡๎™ง service
network is present (list available at www.ducati.com)
that all of its new motorcycles, manufactured for
road use, for a period of twenty-four (24) months
with no mileage/km limitation from the delivery
date of the motorcycle to the first owner, shall be
free of defects in workmanship as ๎™‡๎™ท๎™‘๎™–๎™ถ๎š๎™‡๎™ž๎™ฉ๎™–๎™” and
recognised by Ducati.
1.2. In such cases, the Customer has the right to the
repair or replacement of defective ๎™ณ๎™‡๎™ถ๎š๎™ท๎›™ free of
charge.
1.3. The defective ๎™ณ๎™‡๎™ถ๎š๎™ท replaced under warranty
become the ๎™ณ๎™ถ๎™ซ๎™ณ๎™–๎™ถ๎š๎š‡ of Ducati.
1.4. The new ๎™ณ๎™‡๎™ถ๎š๎™ท replaced under warranty or
repaired are covered by warranty for the remaining
outstanding warranty period of the motorcycle.
1.5. Also, through a specific insurance policy, Ducati
๎™ซ๎™›๎šŽ๎™–๎™ถ๎™ท the Customer additional roadside and health
assistance services in the Countries listed in the
โ€œOwner's manualโ€, according to the specific terms
and procedures ๎™ถ๎™–๎™ณ๎™ซ๎™ถ๎š๎™–๎™” therein.
1.6. The present general warranty conditions
๎›ฒ๎™๎™–๎™ถ๎™–๎™‡๎™›๎š๎™–๎™ถ โ€œWarranty Conditionsโ€) do not in any way
compromise the unalienable rights granted to
individuals falling under the definition of โ€œconsumerโ€
under the law of their respective countries. These
warranty conditions are without prejudice to
national provisions transposing and implementing
Directive 99/44/EC in force in EU countries (in Italy,
Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 -
Consumer Code). In the event any one provision of
these Warranty Conditions should conflict with
mandatory law in force in the country of residence or
domicile of the โ€œconsumerโ€, such provision shall be
treated as null and void.
