Maintaining the charge
Your motorcycle is equipped with a connector (1),
under the rider seat, to which you can connect a
special charger (2) charge
maintenance kit no. 69928471A (Europe),
no. 69928471AW (Japan), 69928471AX (Australia),
69928471AY (UK), 69928471AZ (USA), available from
our sales network.
Remove the connector (1) from the clamp (A) and
connect it to the charger (2).
Note
The electric system of this model is designed so
as to ensure there is a very low power drain when the
motorcycle is OFF. the
features a self-discharge rate that is normal
and depends on ambient conditions as well as on
"non-use" time.
If is not kept at a minimum charge level
by a suitable charge maintainer, sulphation
may occur and this is an irreversible phenomenon
causing decreasing
