Roadside Assistance

The "ACI Global Services" roadside assistance is
in force only in the following countries:
Denmark, Belgium, France, Luxembourg,
Switzerland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Norway,
Holland, Spain, Austria, Germany, Sweden, 
Canary Islands, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic,
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Greece, Hungary,
Malta, Poland, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
The Ducati Card Assistance Programme, created in
collaboration with Ducati and ACI Global Services,
 assistance in case of breakdown and/or
accident to the Ducati Customer. The service is
active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 24 months
(in case of extended warranty the relevant conditions
will apply) from the date of delivery of the
motorcycle or for the period of coverage of the Ever
Red warranty extension.
The roadside assistance services include:
Roadside assistance and towing
 of passengers following roadside
assistance
Return of passengers or continuation of the
journey
Recovery of the repaired motorcycle
Repatriation of the motorcycle from abroad
Search and sending of spare  abroad
Hotel expenses
Recovery of the motorcycle  the road in case
of accident
Advance payment of bail abroad
and may be requested in the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France (including
Corsica, roads open to ordinary  Fyrom (the
former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), Germany,
Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy
(including San Marino and the Vatican), Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, the
Netherlands, Norway, Poland,  Monaco,
