The side stand must be fully up (in a horizontal
position) as its safety sensor prevents engine
 when down.
Note
It is possible to  the engine with side stand
down and the gearbox in neutral. When  the
motorcycle with a gear engaged, pull the clutch lever
(in this case the side stand must be up).
Make sure that emergency  switch (2), is
set to (A)
(RUN).
Press switch (2) to the  (B) and release it.
Let the motorcycle  without operating the
 control.
Note
If the  is flat, system automatically
inhibits  motor cranking operation.

Do not rev up the engine when it is cold. Allow
some time for oil to be heated and reach all points
that need lubricating.

Keeping the engine running for too long with
the vehicle stationary may cause damage due to
overheating caused by  cooling. Do not
run the engine unnecessarily while the vehicle is
stationary. Move immediately   the
engine.
