The following describes the procedure for the conditions:
A3 vertical (length 420 mm/17.00 inch x width 297 mm/11.00 inch), stitching Off, folding On, trimming Off.

8-1. Settings
Select the memory number whose settings are to be
changed using the [Memory number selection key] and
press the [Setting key]. The <Select Binding Mode>
screen appears.
The settings of the memory number selected are saved.
If there is no need to save, use memory No. 0. (

Setting the stitching mode.
Press the [Saddle Off key] to set “Stitching Off”.

Set the folding mode.
Press the [Fold On key] and set “Fold On”.
After setting the stitching/Folding mode, press the [Next
key] to proceed to the [Select trimming mode] screen.
Pressing the [Cancel key] cancels the values entered,
and then returns to the main menu.
Select the trimming mode.

Set the Fore-edge Trimming mode.
Press the [Trim Off key] to set “Trim Off”.
To perform Fore-edge trimming, press the [Trim
On key] to set “Trim On”.
At this time, as the paper is not stitched, paper may
deviate while trimming.
NoteNote
If DBM-500T is not connected, or when
“Fold Off” is selected, “Trim On” cannot
be selected.
After setting the trimming mode, press the [Next key] to
proceed to the [Enter paper size] screen.
