8. NO-STITCHING FOLDING PROCEDURE

When there are conveyance belt marks on the booklet
Use the belt guide kit for saddle-stitching binding.
Replace the ejection roller unit.
Release the knobscrew A so that the ejection
roller unit stregth can be sdjusted using the knob.
Tighten the knobscrew B. Normally, leave it loose.
3 Remove the paper holder of the folding side guide.
4 Change the stitching side jogger open timing from 0 to
about 5. (

5 Set the folding side guides about 2 mm wider than
normally done. (
page 51)
6 Adjust the dial so that the conveyance belt and sponge
roller lightly touch when the conveyance roller solenoid
is ON.
