Unmount the flame monitor and supply for recycling.
When dismantling the Ex version of the flame monitor, also observe the notes in sec-
tion 3 Explosion protection [}17].
7.9.2 Disposal
After reaching the end of its useful life, the product must be disposed of in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
Disposal of used electrical and electronic devices
(to be applied in European Union countries and other European countries with a
separate collection system for these devices)
Do not treat the product as normal domestic waste. It must be brought to a collection
point for recycling electrical and electronic devices.
Your contribution to the proper disposal of the product protects the environment and
the health of your fellow humans. Improper disposal endangers the environment and
health. Material recycling helps reduce the consumption of raw materials. You can get
more information on recycling the product from your municipal administration and local
disposal companies.
