Possible rough running of
individual components
Check all components belonging to
the sewing works rotation.
If neither faulty components nor
rough running are found, the
problem can in some cases be
solved by altering the following
parameters:
- Speed reduction
- Increase of the stitches in the
eyelet
- Reduction of the stitch distance
- Reduction of overlapping
- Increase of the stitches in
the round tack
- Reduction of the stitch distance
in the straight bartack
- Reduction of the throw width
in the straight bartack
(see Operating Instructions “Altering
the buttonhole program”):
Inform the service personnel, if
required.
