4 Technical characteristics
4.1 Description

Operation:
By gravitational force with a flexible ballast
Side plates and Outer side guides:
Side plates are made of a 5/32” thick galvanized
steel plate.
Outer side guides made of 2 1/16” x 1 1/2” x 1/8”
galvanized steel
Drum:
In steel, diameter 4” x 1/16”, and shafts in steel. The
drum is not visible: the door curtain covers the drum,
even when the door is closed.
Side guides in reinforced
polyethylene:
Mounted in a 1/16” thick, galvanised steel C-profile,
9/16” x 9/16” outside. The C-profile rails are fitted to
the gateposts with nuts, without springs.
Lubrication system, distributor and
cleaner of the cord. (DYNACO
patent):
Placed above the side guides. One cartridge
comprising a polyamide (PA) support and a felt,
saturated with 1.6 cc of lubrication agent, is placed
inside the reintroduction block. This oil reserve
provides independent lubrication for approximately
30,000 cycles (indicative value) under normal
operating conditions.
Door curtain is reinforced PVC: (900
g/m²)
Very durable. Colours RAL: yellow (1003), grey
(7042), blue (5010), red (3020), green (6028),
orange (2004), white (9016), or black (9017).
Compact reintroduction block:
Made of galvanised steel, at the top of the guides,
ensures an automatic repair of the door when being
opened.
Continuous retaining straps on the
sides:
