Transpose / Music Transpose
Functions
The piano offers extensive utilities designed to
allow adjusting the piano to suit either personal
preferences of a user or a given performance
condition.
Transpose
The piano may be transposed up or down by units of semitones. It may be done to
avoid having to change fingerings to accommodate playing with a singer or other
instruments who are limited by their registers.
☞ The LCD will show the current value.
☞ Pressing both TRANSPOSE UP/DOWN buttons simultaneously will restore the default value (0).
Music Transpose
Music Transpose moves the pitch of the Demo/Educational/VP Player music
recordings in semitone steps. Use this when changing the key of demo recordings
are required due to register issues of a singer or other instruments.
☞ The LCD will show the current value.
☞ Pressing both MUSIC KEY UP/DOWN keys simultaneously will restore the default value (0).
Press FUNCTION, then use the TRANSPOSE UP/DOWN buttons to transpose the piano.
Press FUNCTION, then use the MUSIC KEY UP/DOWN buttons to transpose the demos.
